PURPOSE OF CONSULTANCY

RESUMEN DE RESPONSABILIDADES

Articular acciones con el gobierno nacional y las entidades territoriales para implementar acciones y estrategias clave en las siguientes areas: – Transversalizacion del enfoque de genero – Garantia de los derechos y acceso integral a la salud de las poblaciones con orientaciones sexuales e identidades de genero diversas – Prevencion y atencion integral de las violencias de genero y contra ninos, ninas y adolescentes mediante acciones de crianza y cuidado dirigidas a padres, madres y cuidadores.

  • Apoyar la implementacion de estrategias relacionadas con la transversalizacion del enfoque de genero y la PREAS en la cooperacion tecnica de la OPS/OMS.
  • Fortalecer las capacidades tecnicas de los profesionales y otros actores a nivel institucional y comunitario en lo relacionado a la transversalizacion del genero, la PREAS, la prevencion y atencion integral de las VBG y contra NNA y otras poblaciones focalizadas.
  • Participar en espacios interagenciales de genero, VBG, PREAS y demas espacios clave de coordinacion.
  • Junto con los productos requeridos debera entregar el Resumen Ejecutivo de maximo dos paginas en el que se resalten de forma sucinta y clara: temas de foco, metodologia, conclusiones, recomendaciones, segun formato establecido por OPS.
  • Cumplir con la politica sobre la prevencion respuesta de la explotacion y abuso sexual, PREAS y socializar con las comunidades sujetos de atencion por OPS/OMS. PRODUCTOS ENTREGABLES Proyecto Mejora de la Salud y Bienestar de la Poblacion LGBTIQ+ en Colombia 1. – Plan de trabajo anual que presente las actividades relacionadas con cada producto y el cronograma. – Informe de avances en la socializacion de la Guia practica clinica de afirmacion de genero para personas Trans y del Lineamiento para la superacion de barreras en la atencion integral en salud de personas con orientaciones sexuales e identidades de genero diversas. Fecha de entrega: 30 de abril de 2026 2. Informe de avance de las acciones desarrolladas para favorecer la participacion de organizaciones LGBTIQ+ en espacios o instancias de coordinacion intersectorial en los territorios priorizados. Fecha de entrega: 30 de septiembre de 2026 3. Informe de avance de las acciones desarrolladas con el gobierno nacional y las entidades territoriales para facilitar el acceso a la salud de las poblaciones con orientaciones sexuales e identidades de genero diversas. Fecha de entrega: 15 de noviembre de 2026 4. Informe de avance de las estrategias y acciones coordinadas con las autoridades nacionales y territoriales para la garantia de los derechos, la salud y bienestar de la poblacion LGBTIQ (informe final que recopila todas las acciones realizadas). Fecha de entrega: 15 de diciembre de 2026 Proyecto Apoyo a la ampliacion de intervenciones de crianza basadas en evidencia a traves de los sectores de salud y afines LEGO 1. Informe de las estrategias y acciones coordinadas con las autoridades nacionales y territoriales para la respuesta integral a las VBG y las violencias contra ninos, ninas y adolescentes mediante acciones de crianza y cuidado. Fecha de entrega: 30 de junio de 2026 Proyecto Cerrando las brechas en la salud y los derechos sexuales y reproductivos de las mujeres y las adolescentes 1. Informe sobre el proceso de transversalizacion del enfoque de genero en la cooperacion tecnica de la OPS y la socializacion de la Herramienta de Equidad en Salud. Fecha de entrega: 15 de agosto de 2026 Competencias, Habilidades/Conocimientos Tecnicos Especializados Habilidades de comunicacion y concertacion de agendas con distintos actores territoriales.
  • Conocimientos tecnicos en materia de genero, violencia basada en genero, derechos sexuales y reproductivos y crianza Educacion (Calificaciones) Esencial: Titulo profesional en ciencias sociales o ciencias de la salud. Experiencia Experiencia de al menos ocho (8) anos en implementacion de proyectos y acciones relacionadas con genero, prevencion de violencias de genero y violencia contra la ninez.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo e implementacion de metodologias de formacion relacionadas con transversalizacion del genero, respuesta integral a las VBG, prevencion de violencias contra la ninez, entre otros.
  • Experiencia en sistematizacion de informacion.
  • Experiencia en elaboracion de informes cuali cuantitativos. Deseable:
  • Experiencia deseable de trabajo con Organismos internacionales/NU Idiomas Espanol
  • Nivel basico del idioma ingles Conocimiento de Sistemas de Computo Habilidad en el uso de sistemas de computo y el uso de programas tales como Microsoft Office Word, Excel y Outlook. Conocimiento de otros programas de computo como PowerPoint, Microsoft SharePoint sera una ventaja.
