Job Summary

Major Responsibilities: Under the supervision of Snr ERD Manager, SR. ERD Officer will be responsible for the following tasks.

Partner Engagement and Implementation

Lead day-to-day technical support for local partners in the field, to ensure quality implementation of CVA, Livelihoods, and Recovery activities, including assessment, registration, and distribution processes.

Conduct regular field visits with partners, providing hands-on coaching on beneficiary identification, verification, and documentation in line with donor/compliance requirements.

Lead joint planning and scheduling of field activities with partners, ensuring timely execution of beneficiary registration, verification, distribution planning, and monitoring.

Conduct joint on-site monitoring with partners during cash distribution, skills training, and livelihood support activities, documenting any gaps and providing appropriate corrective guidance, according to the guidance from Snr ERD Manager.

Support partners with community mobilization for livelihoods programming, small business grants, vocational training, and farmer producer group activities.

Guide partners in conducting calls for applications, screening processes, and interviews for vocational training candidates and small business grant applicants as required.

Support partners in preparing grant documentation and ensure all required forms, supporting documents, are correctly maintained.

Conduct joint monitoring visits to small business grant recipients and vocational trainees, compiling findings to feed into technical improvements and program adjustments.

Support the partner in engagement with community leaders, employer networks, and local stakeholders, ensuring strong coordination in the field.

Work closely with partners to develop or update workplans, field schedules, procurement needs, and budget forecasts related to ERD programming.

Perform additional duties as required.

Training Delivery

Provide L2E/Financial Literacy training to partners staffs and support the partners in delivering of those training in communities.

Deliver technical support and capacity-building activities for partners and field volunteers (enumerators, mobilizers) on core concept of Economic Recovery and Development and required tools -Cash toolkits and LLH-EDE toolkits.

Conduct the CFRM/ safeguarding awareness sessions in communities.

Coordination and Reporting

Act as a program partner focal for day-to-day communication, especially for partners, in progress follow-ups, provision of technical guidance throughout the process (assessment, registration, vocational and agricultural training delivery and distribution).

Serve as the field primary technical focal point for partner organizations, providing guidance throughout the implementation cycle.

Provide consolidated field reports based on joint partner monitoring, highlighting achievements, challenges, gaps, risks, and recommended actions.

Others

Ensure all activities are implemented in line with the IRC Way Standards for Professional Conduct, safeguarding policies, and IRC country employment policies.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
