Job Summary

What will you do in this role?
Lead the Exponential Talent (ExO) strategy: innovation, agility, data-driven decisions, and rapid experimentation.
Design employee experiences that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and continuous development.
Drive cultural transformation, autonomy, and collaborative ways of working.
Implement modern Talent Management practices, including performance, leadership development, and succession planning.
Guide teams through a Christ-centered, human, and empathetic leadership approach.
Promote safe, inclusive environments focused on holistic staff care.
What are we looking for?
Graduate in Economic Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields
Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, Talent Management, or Organizational Innovation (desirable)
5+ years of experience leading HR areas in agile, digital, or fast-paced environments.
Solid background in organizational culture, change management, and talent development.
Innovative mindset, strategic vision, and strong execution skills.
Ability to influence, inspire, and build collaborative relationships.
Proficiency in English.
A passion for serving, learning, and creating meaningful impact in peoples lives.
