Job Summary
This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to World Vision International (WVI)’s mission in administrative management. Working in Mexico, you will apply your professional skills to address complex challenges in administrative management and support the organization’s programmatic objectives. Key responsibilities include: Monitorear diariamente los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Credito Individual, asi como implementar acciones necesarias para el log; Estar al tanto de las actualizaciones y cambios de las politicas del Credito Individual; and involucrarse en los procesos de reclutamiento, induccion y reforzamiento de la capacitacion de los colaboradores a su cargo. Key Responsibilities:
Monitorear diariamente los indicadores y metas asignadas correspondientes del Credito Individual, asi como implementar acciones necesarias para el logro de los objetivos del negocio.Asegurar que los creditos cumplan con las politicas de riesgo crediticio para su desembolso.
Estar al tanto de las actualizaciones y cambios de las politicas del Credito Individual
Involucrarse en los procesos de reclutamiento, induccion y reforzamiento de la capacitacion de los colaboradores a su cargo.
Generar las rutas y estrategias de cambaceo y apertura de nichos de mercados de Microempresarios con necesidad de Credito Individual
Asegurar el cumplimiento y correcta aplicacion de las politicas, procesos y protocolos de VFM de los colaboradores a su cargo
Realizar reportes mensuales de cierre de cartera
Desarrollar/crear un buen equipo de trabajo, propocionando guia, direccion y motivacion
Dar seguimiento a la gestion de cobranza de sus colaboradores con el cliente moroso.
Supervisar la correcta Integracion de los expediente generados por los colaboradores a su cargo.
Participar en los comites de credito y realizar las observaciones pertinentes de los creditos presentados
Compromiso con la Mision, Vision y Valores Organizacionales.
