Coordinador(a) DMEAL
Proposito del puesto:
Liderar el sistema de monitoreo, evaluacion y aprendizaje de la Estrategia Nacional, garantizando calidad programatica, uso estrategico de datos y evidencia del impacto en la ninez mas vulnerable.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Coordinar planificacion, monitoreo y evaluacion con enfoque agil e innovador.
- Garantizar estandares de calidad programatica y mejora continua.
- Analizar datos y riesgos para orientar decisiones estrategicas.
- Elaborar reportes integrados y asesorar a direcciones y gerencias.
- Supervisar sistemas de informacion y gestion del equipo DMEAL.
- Requisitos:
- Profesional en Ciencias Sociales/Administrativas.
- Postgrado en investigacion y desarrollo.
- +3 anos de experiencia gerencial en programas/proyectos.
- Ingles avanzado
- Manejo solido de metodologias participativas y analisis de datos.
