Job Summary
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to administrative management within World Vision International (WVI)’s important work in international cooperation and sustainable development. Working in Philippines, you will collaborate with international colleagues and partners to address global challenges and promote sustainable development. Key Responsibilities:
Provided excellent multimedia presentations to creatively represent World Visions brand, identity, and key messages through online, radio, and motion media and channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and edit video stories, documentaries, ads and radio plugs for sharing internally and/or externally.
Shoot and edit videos of key organizational and public engagement events for sharing internally and/or externally.
Video and photo documentation of key organizational and other similarly important events.
Participates during emergency response and provides support to emergency communications in posting and/or packaging disaster-related clips/b-rolls in the shortest possible time for sharing to HEA, NRD and the Partnership.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of Bachelors Degree in Film, Mass/Development Communications, Multimedia Arts, or any related course.
Certificates acquired from attending related workshops and seminars is a plus
Has full grasp of multimedia and video production process (pre-prod, prod, post-prod, and delivery).
Proficient in videography and photography principles.
Excellent in the operation of DLSR, and smartphone video cameras and drone operations.
Well-versed in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
Intermediate/advanced skills in animation is preferred.
Has directing/producing/storytelling skills.
Open to collaboration and a team player.
List additional work experience required as a minimum qualification for this position.
At least 5 years significant working experience in end to end recruitment, preferably in the Developmental/Humanitarian Sector.
Basic to advanced written and verbal communications skills.
Has rich portfolio of sample works.
Familiar and updated with video trends in TV, documentary styles and online environment (eg. Social media, mobile phone-generated videos, etc).
Familiar with or can adhere to World Vision brand and style and their application.
Must be willing to take on National Office-level/organization-based interviews, shoots and photo/video documentation events.
