Role Title: People and Culture Officer, Workday Functional Analyst

Team description and role purpose
The P&C Systems team is part of the P&C Operations and Systems team, which is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the P&C systems ecosystem. The team collaborates cross-functionally within P&C and the organizations to identify and resolve stakeholder needs through an optimized solution.
Key responsibilities
As People and Culture Officer your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for continuously monitoring Workday data, security, and process integrity across the P&C system ecosystem, partnering with the Employee Support Centre (ESC) to ensure effective system maintenance and issue resolution.
Accountable for ensuring that the data in the P&C ecosystem complies with OSF requirements for specific countries, e.g. GDPR
Responsible for managing partnerships with external vendors, providing system support, and ensuring that the agreed SLAs are met.
Drive the solutions for issues for core HCM (Human Capital Management) and other Workday functionalities with OSFs Workday support provider, ensuring timely resolution.
Articulate requirements from stakeholders, conduct feasibility analysis and ensure the project steps are documented before initiating the solution process.
Accountable for troubleshooting Workday issues and integrations with other systems per agreed SLAs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Accountable for conducting and leading in-depth testing for configurations and updates in Workday under the guidance of associate director P&C systems.
Responsible for executing mass data changes in the workday in collaboration with the P&C teams, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Responsible for driving the change management and communications as appropriate in case of new P&C program or policy implementation impacting the P&C technology and systems.
Responsible for managing and updating the SOPs, governance controls and other Workday policies in collaboration with IT.
Accountable for regularly analyzing Workday data integrity in collaboration with the Associate Director Workforce planning, identifying potential gaps or issues, and initiating corrective action.

Qualifications
Essential : University degree or equivalent experience and Workday Certification
Desirable: Professional qualification in Human Resources.
Experience
Essential :
At least 7 years Workday experience
Proven experience in hands-on configuration across multiple Workday Functional Areas to meet evolving business needs
Effectively work independently, with efficiency in a fast-paced environment, troubleshoot and follow initiatives through to completion, with strict deadlines and without loss of attention to detail
Familiar with the Workday bi-annual release process
Desirable:
Having multiple Workday certifications
Certified implementer of any other SaaS modules
Functional Competencies:
Strong working knowledge of multiple P&C systems, specifically Workday core HCM, Recruitment and Talent modules
Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of the use of metrics, with advanced Excel skills
Have excellent attention to detail
Ability to work and manage external vendors

The salary range for this role in the US is $144,000 – $156,000 (USD). The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
