Your Opportunity As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact Housing initiatives aligned with the Housing Growth Strategy. You will work across business and technology teams to analyse processes, define system and data requirements, and evaluate digital and data solutions that support effective service delivery. Operating at the intersection of business analysis and technical delivery, you will help ensure solutions are well-defined, data-informed, and aligned with enterprise systems and architecture. You will also contribute to improving user experience and ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and sustainable. Through structured requirements analysis and solution impact assessment, you will strengthen delivery outcomes, reduce implementation risk, and support the successful delivery of multidisciplinary housing projects. Your key responsibilities will be to: Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, service delivery needs, and digital challenges. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather and document business and system requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria. Analyse current-state processes, systems, and data flows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Assess proposed digital solutions, considering user experience, integration requirements, data impacts, and operational implications. Collaborate with developers, architects, and delivery teams to support development, testing (including UAT), and successful implementation. Requirements for Success Demonstrated experience translating business needs into clear, structured, and testable requirements, including functional and non-functional specifications. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and discovery sessions. Experience analysing business processes and documenting current-state and future-state models to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments, collaborating with developers, solution architects, and cross-functional teams. Ability to identify cross-system impacts, integration considerations, and downstream implications when assessing digital solutions. Experience supporting delivery and testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and validation of delivered solutions. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
