Your Opportunity We are looking for a creative, strategic and highly organised Brand Manager to lead the ongoing management and optimisation of Mission Australias brand. As Brand Manager, you will ensure our brand is clearly understood, consistently expressed, and effectively support our mission across the organisation. You will play an important role in shaping how Mission Australia is seen and experienced by the people we serve, our partners, and the wider public. Working across a complex, purpose-driven organisation, you will bring insight and strong brand leadership to multiple initiatives. You will review the current brand landscape, using research and insights to identify opportunities for development, creating clear priorities and practical action plans. Youll develop strong briefs, manage agency partners, oversee research and tender processes, and guide the effective application of brand strategy across the organisation. This role is ideal for an experienced brand professional who has led complex brands and is ready to make a meaningful impact on how Mission Australia is recognised and trusted nationwide. Your key responsibilities will be to: Lead the ongoing review and optimisation of Mission Australias brand using research and insights. Translate insights into clear briefs, recommendations, and practical action plans. Manage agencies, tenders, and external research and creative partners. Guide the development and application of brand strategy across the organisation from messaging to creative application Facilitate consultations with senior leaders and stakeholders. Monitor brand performance and ensure consistent application across all channels. Oversee brand governance, approval and brand standards. Requirements for Success Significant senior-level experience (5-7+ years) in brand management within a complex environment Proven experience leading brand research and audits Demonstrated experience managing a complex or high-profile brand Experience managing agencies, research projects and creative partners Excellent stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently in complex environments and manage multiple priorities. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
