We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about endpoint technology, and modern engineering practices. As an experienced endpoint engineer, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the design, build and distribution of enterprise-wide endpoint solutions, working closely with architects, other engineers, and delivery managers to plan, implement, and support these secure and robust solutions. Youll also play a key role in shaping our infrastructure engineering strategy, driving us towards modern endpoint solutions, infrastructure/configuration-as-code and automation. You should have: Demonstrable experience with Windows OS, Identity and Access, MS Teams, Microsoft cloud solutions, Digital Workspace (Enterprise Desktop & Mobility), Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, device hardening and compliance, vulnerability management tooling, IOS and Android device management. Expertise in both Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, SCCM and Intune, with experience in Group Policy Definition and Intune Policies and setup for BYOD access to corporate applications and AV on corporate tablets. Knowledge of Windows 365 and different provisioning options. The desire to drive high standards and practices and the willingness to collaborate with, coach and mentor other engineers. A passion for debugging issues and solving problems – identifying, analysing, and resolving issues in strategic way, and continuously improving our solutions. Experience with configuration and change management, incident/problem resolution, and evolving endpoint solutions based on modern infrastructure standards and practices including automation, observability, and continuous deployment. Experience working collaboratively with architects and project managers to agree enterprise-wide solution designs and standards and plan the implementation of these across both a central and multi-region estate.
