Strategic Criminal Justice Lead Location: Torbay, Shrublands House Working Hours: 30 hours (part-time) Contract Type: Permanent Salary: 35,520 – 51,060 (pro-rata) Are you a passionate, forward-thinking leader with a drive to make a real difference? About the role As Strategic Lead, you will take a lead role in delivering outstanding services that support adults affected by drug and alcohol use. Youll be instrumental in ensuring our service maintains the highest standards of quality, performance, and impact. This is your chance to lead with purpose, working autonomously while also supporting and empowering your team. You will report to the Area Manager and be based on-site, championing a proactive, hands-on approach to leadership. Who are we?
