People and Culture Strategic Partner III
This position is based in Lima, Peru*

A strategic partner who develops, implements, and advises on HR programs and policies. At this level, they anticipate longterm HR needs, are proficient in multiple HR specialties, and may coach or oversee junior business partners.
What Will You Do?
Champions child protection, follows all organizational standards, and reports any concerns of abuse or neglect. Coaches managers on employee relations, performance, discipline, development, compensation, and talent processes; partners with leaders to drive engagement and results. Educates employees on HR policies, manager interactions, performance, compensation, and benefits. Supports recruiting, benefits administration, wellness, and other HR programs as needed. Ensures compliance with local and national employment laws and recommends updates to HR practices. Investigates and recommends solutions for concerns related to performance, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, and similar issues. Analyzes engagement metrics and implements interventions to improve team effectiveness. Coordinates HR programs such as merit cycles, performance management, benefits enrollment, and onboarding; facilitates team-building and planning sessions. Provides coaching and HR expertise to peers and support staff.
What Should You Bring?
Professionals in Psychology, Business Management, Industrial Engineers or related fields.
Masters degree and/or postgraduate studies in Human Resources
5+ years of proven experience in HR leadership or HR business partnering roles.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) .
Proven experience acting as a strategic HR advisor , partnering with senior leadership to influence decisions.
Demonstrated ability to lead changemanagement initiatives and support organizational transformation.
Experience working in multicultural or global environments (preferred).

Working Conditions:
Modality : Office based
Location: Must reside in Lima, Peru
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Physical Demands : Sitting, standing, and/or walking up to 8 hours per day
Travel Requirements: May require travel up to 20% of working hours.
