  • Requisitos:
  • Profesional Tecnico con experiencia en ejecucion y seguimiento de planes anuales de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de infraestructura.
  • 5+ anos de experiencia en puestos similares.
  • Experiencia en la administracion/mantenimiento de instalaciones de obra civil, en pintura, fontaneria, electricidad y aire acondicionado.
  • Experiencia en administracion/mantenimiento de flotilla de vehiculos (preferiblemente) .
  • Experiencia en gestion de compras, habilidades de negociacion con proveedores y logistica de eventos.
  • Experiencia en manejo de protocolos de seguridad de la instalaciones y de los empleados. En planificacion de espacios en la oficina y ubicacion de mobiliario.
  • Flexibilidad en la dinamica de las diferentes actividades requeridas.
  • Alto enfoque en servicio al cliente y trabajo en equipo.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente de preferencia categoria B y disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.

  • This seasoned technician performs regular, more complex event services support, space planning and furniture arrangement, and preventative building maintenance tasks. Further, this technician performs general duties such as painting, light bulb replacements, electrical, plumbing, and limited vehicle maintenance. At this level, the incumbent works independently on building maintenance and repair tasks and handles customer service requests in a quick, courteous, and professional manner. He or she may coach and oversee the work of other technicians. Depending on location, some duties may be performed in collaboration with contract service providers.
  • Responsibilities
  • Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christs mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassions Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassions internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.
  • Completes, and occasionally develops plans for, new office furniture configurations and fixture assembly. Installs modular furniture pieces using correct assembly methods and follows required specifications.
  • Leads junior team members to complete the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment for daily events.
  • Works independently to support Compassion’s ergonomic program as needed by completing ergonomic assessments, maintaining program equipment, and providing education on proper best practices.
  • Monitors warehouse inventory, receiving, shipping, and cleanliness. Pays close attention to detail while tracking inventory. Ensures that Herman Miller furniture and other products are readily available for upcoming projects. Recommends necessary items to be purchased by leadership.
  • Pro actively monitors and maintains the temperature and ventilation control system so that the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system provides optimal comfort and air quality for building occupants and performs according to system standards. Reacts with a sense of urgency to customer needs, such as temperature adjustments. Performs high-level trouble-shooting, diagnosis, and repair tasks to keep the system in good working order.
  • Maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the building on a daily basis. This may include tasks such as trash removal and exterior building upkeep and maintenance of the grounds. Ensures the external areas are free from hazards and obstructions.
  • Independently completes major customer work order requests within service standard times.
  • This seasoned paraprofessional provides coaching and technical advice to other staff.
