Fitness and Wellbeing Advisor
Citigroup London | Corporate Fitness and Wellbeing | Permanent | Part time
Up to 28,808.00 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience
24 hours per week, Monday-Friday (Weekends and Bank Holidays off)
As a Fitness & Wellbeing Advisor at our corporate club, youll have a strong background in corporate or commercial fitness. Youre highly motivated with the communication skills and infectious enthusiasm to teach circuit-based classes, perform fitness assessments and deliver great training. All applicants must be certified in Level 2 and 3 Personal Training to be considered and CIMSPA registered.
As a Corporate Wellbeing Advisor (Personal Trainer), you will:
Be responsible for fitness floor supervision, wellbeing plans and exercise programmes
Deliver group exercise classes, such as Circuits and Indoor Cycling, HIIT, Abs
Promote and deliver Personal Best appointments a health check and goal setting service which empowers members to work towards manageable personal goals
Ensure everyone is assessed and inducted before using our facilities
Help and support members with techniques, training and lifestyle advice
Deputise for the Fitness Manager and use your own initiative to help deliver a great experience
Conduct reception and duty management shifts upon completion of training
Conduct workshops and seminars
