Booking Administrator (Bank)

Tunbridge Wells | Hospital | Bank Contract – Ad hoc

12.58 per hour

We are looking for a Bookings Administrator for our Tunbridge Wells Hospital who will be responsible for administering a large volume of email requests from referrals to appointments, ensuring the hospital meets its service deliverables whilst exceeding customer expectations. Preferably you will hold a NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent and experience of working in a customer facing environment, to help us build a healthier nation.

As our Bookings Administrator you will:

Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.

Ensure complex administration and support, meets the required standards and timescales

Have attention to detail ensuring all data/information is accurate using the appropriate system and format.

To prepare standard and ad-hoc reports as required and required by the department

Handle appointments bookings and changes

Co-ordinate availability of rooms and consultants

Create, alter or cancel clinics as required to support business needs.
