This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights’s mission in international cooperation and sustainable development. Working in Haiti, you will apply your professional skills to address complex challenges in international cooperation and sustainable development and support the organization’s programmatic objectives. Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: Minimum 5 ans dexperience pertinente dans les reformes juridiques, droits humains, acces a la justice ou protection en Haiti.
- Academic Qualifications: Experience directe du systeme juridique haitien, que ce soit en tant qu’avocat ou magistrat
- Academic Qualifications: Experience de travail avec les institutions nationales (Ministere de la Justice, tribunaux, forces de lordre, etc.).
- Academic Qualifications: Bonne connaissance des questions liees aux violences sexuelles et sexistes et a la protection des victimes dans le contexte haitien. Bonne connaissance des mecanismes de protection lies aux violences sexuelles et basees sur le genre (VSBG).
- Academic Qualifications: Experience dans la conception de strategies ou politiques nationales fortement souhaitee.
- Academic Qualifications: Experience dans la conception de strategies ou politiques nationales fortement souhaitee
- Language: Maitrise du francais et du creole haitien (oral et ecrit) requise.
- Language: La connaissance de langlais est souhaitable.
Skills
- Realiser une revue documentaire des legislations nationales pertinentes, des cadres regionaux et des normes internationales en matiere de protection des victimes et des temoins.
- Cartographier les pratiques existantes, identifier les lacunes, et integrer les bonnes pratiques issues dautres contextes similaires.
- Finaliser la strategie en integrant les retours du Ministere de la Justice et du HCDH.
- Elaborer une note de politique et une feuille de route pour la mise en uvre.
