This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to International Trade Centre’s mission in international cooperation and sustainable development. Working in Switzerland, you will apply your professional skills to address complex challenges in international cooperation and sustainable development and support the organization’s programmatic objectives. This role offers the flexibility of consultancy work while contributing to meaningful international development outcomes with global impact.

Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other)
  • Academic Qualifications: Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the development of online surveys
  • Academic Qualifications: Attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese.

Skills

  • Coordinate regular discussions with stakeholders and strategic partners in Vietnam, including government entities, business support organizations (BSOs), private-sector partners, women-led businesses (WLBs), and development partners.
  • Identify and engage potential partners relevant to womens economic empowerment, digital
  • transformation, and trade.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas, and propose implementation strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • Monitor implementation timelines and ensure that agreed deliverables from partners are met in accordance with partnership agreements. B. Project Implementation
  • Support the planning and organization of in-person and virtual events, including consultations,
  • trainings, workshops, and outreach activities.
  • Secure speakers, liaise with local partners, and ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Work with ITC technical experts to develop and track internal timelines, support the roll-out of training curricula, and ensure timely delivery of programme content.
  • Provide continuous support to programme beneficiaries, responding to inquiries, facilitating
  • participation, and ensuring a positive participant experience throughout the programme cycle.
  • Facilitate training activities on digital skills, e-commerce, leadership, and other relevant topics.
