Qualifications

• Academic Qualifications: Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/MBA, PHD or other) in applied economics, business management, development studies or related area.
• Academic Qualifications: Extensive relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the university degree.
• Academic Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience working in interface between development and environment Knowledge of trade particularly relating to the green trade sectors.
• Academic Qualifications: Understanding of challenges for developing countries with reference climate and development.
• Fluency spoken and written in English.
• Language: Knowledge of a second language is desirable..

Skills

• Organize and assist in the delivery of a series of webinars and in person trainings building on the course, complemented by engagement of experts to provide capacity building to government and private sector on trade and environment issues
• Organize, monitor and report on events linked to trade and environment topics
• Design communications strategies and materials for the project and related events
• Carry out ad hoc research on trade and environment issues
• Support proposal writing
