Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in Air Transportation, Aviation Safety Management, Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering or Air Traffic Management, or graduation from equivalent military educational establishment is required.
- Academic Qualifications: A first level university degree with a relevant combination of education, professional training, certification in aviation safety, and two (2) additional years of work experience in air transportation related occupation, may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university..
- Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
- Language: For this job opening, English is required.
- Language: Either French or Spanish is desirable.

- Experience: Expert knowledge in the technical field of aviation safety management and accident investigation and prevention and experience in the use of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices is desirable.
