Join our expert Radiology team at Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital The Chesterfield, as a Senior MRI Radiographer and play a vital role in delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging services. With access to state-of-the-art MRI technology and a supportive multidisciplinary team, youll provide compassionate, patient-centred care while advancing your clinical expertise.
Main Duties of the Role
Deliver high-quality MRI imaging services across a varied caseload, including outpatient, inpatient, and theatre work.
Treat every patient as an individual, offering empathy, reassurance, and professionalism throughout their imaging journey.
Operate advanced MRI equipment and contribute to the development of imaging protocols and best practices.
Support the Radiology Manager in policy development, service improvement, and compliance with safety standards.
Supervise, mentor, and support junior radiographers and students, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Ensure all imaging is delivered with the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and compassion.
What Were Looking For
BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent)
Postgraduate qualification in MRI (desirable)
Experience in MRI scanning across a range of clinical indications
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
