Patient Services administrator Radiology Leeds | Radiology | Permanent | Full Time Up to 24,358.47 per annum 37.5 hours per week

As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, youre able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. Whats more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isnt essential.

As an Patient Administrator, you will:

Handle enquiries and general queries.

Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct

Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries

Arrange Radiology appointments

Distribute Radiology reports to referrers if required.

Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy

Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work

Maintain databases

Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management

Previous Healthcare Administration experience will be an advantage.
