- A minimum of five (05) years of progressively responsible work experience in human resources management or related area is required.
- The minimum number of years of relevant experience is reduced to three (03) years for candidates who possess a first-level university degree.
- Experience in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as Umoja/SAP is required.
- Work experience within the United Nations system or similar international organization is desirable.
- Solid work experience in the recruitment, offer management and onboarding of staff, uniformed personnel and individual contractors is desirable.
