Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or related field is required.
- Academic Qualifications: A relevant first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree..
- Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
- Language: For this job opening, either English or French is required.
- Language: Either Arabic or Russian or Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) is desirable.

- A minimum of seven years of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer information systems or related area is required.
- Experience: Among which a minimum of two years of experience in developing eGovernment systems or content management systems such as eRegulations and eRegistrations systems is desirable.
- Experience: Experience using AI-powered coding agents (e.g., Claude code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to enhance development productivity and code quality is desirable..
