diabetes access to high-quality, affordable, and accessible resources to help them manage their
carefrom medical assistance, to free education and coaching, to a wealth of personalized

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing
initiatives that increase visibility, engage supporters, and drive participation in our programs and
fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling, brand
building, and creating meaningful social impact through effective communication. This position

Compensation:Competitive full-time salary to commensurate with experience and
qualifications.
What Youll Do:
- Execute the organizations annual marketing plan in collaboration with our contracted marketing and design firms, ensuring all activities align with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Create and maintain a content calendar, collaborating with fundraising and program
- teams on campaign assets, promotional materials, and social media posts.
- Collect and analyze engagement trends, participant insights, and competitor activity to
- inform campaign strategy and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring marketing materials,
- messaging, and visual identity align with organizational standards.
- Coordinate marketing support for new service launches, including promotional
- campaigns, participant outreach, and collateral development.
- Collaborate across functional teams, including fundraising and services.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google
- Analytics, CRM dashboards, and social media insights to inform future strategies.
- Support community engagement efforts by planning and executing events, sponsorships,
- or educational campaigns that build brand visibility.
- Manage vendor relationships, external agencies, and freelancers as needed to support
- marketing execution.
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient use of
- resources and alignment with agency goals.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned, supporting broader marketing and
- business development efforts.
Core Competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors or creative agencies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, MovieMaker, Google Analytics, CMS, social media).
- Familiarity with design processes and ability to give constructive creative feedback
