We are currently recruiting for:

2 positions in Riverside Court, Castle Street, Barnstaple, EX31 1DR

2 positions in Magdalene House, Grendon Road, Exeter, EX1 2NJ

2 positions in Unit 2, Templar House, Scott Close, Newton Abbot, TQ12 1GJ

As part of our recruitment process, applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at Magdalene House, Grendon Road, Exeter, EX1 2NJ on 24th April. The session will last approximately half a day and will include an interview, a written task, and a group exercise.

What Youll Be Doing

Supporting people at every stage of their recovery journey

Delivering harm reduction, interventions, and structured treatment

Encouraging engagement in recovery programmes and goal setting

Working closely with colleagues and partner organisations

Championing safeguarding, inclusion, and empowerment

To Succeed in This Role, Youll Need:

Understanding of substance misuse and recovery

Strong communication and time management skills

Ability to plan your workload and deliver high-quality support

Knowledge of group dynamics and facilitation

A team player mindset with compassion and resilience
