This consultancy provides an opportunity to contribute specialized expertise to United Nations Office at Vienna’s mission in international cooperation and sustainable development. Qualifications
- Academic Qualifications: An advanced university degree (Recognised 1st level degree or equivalent) in remote sensing, geoinformation science, geography, environmental science, disaster risk management, instructional design, or a related field is required.
- Academic Qualifications: A first level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of recognised 1st level degree.
- Academic Qualifications: At least two (2) years of proven experience in designing slide decks, infographics and visual templates is desirable.
- Academic Qualifications: Demonstrated experience working with international organizations, UN system experience is desirable.
- Academic Qualifications: Familiarity with geospatial / EO / technical content is an desirable..
- Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.

- Infographics and illustrations – Create or adapt simple infographics, icons, process diagrams and visual elements to explain: Chinese EO satellite constellations and data flows; Analytical workflows (optical, SAR); Case study pipelines (e.g. flood mapping, water monitoring). – Deliver assets in formats suitable for both slides and web (e.g.
- Support for multimedia assets – In coordination with the Multimedia & Platform Integration Designer: Provide visual layouts, lower-third templates, title cards, and static elements for use in recorded video lectures and screen-capture tutorials. – Ensure brand consistency across static and video-based materials. 5.
