Qualifications

  • Academic Qualifications: Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent degree) in business or public administration, sustainable development, social sciences, education or related area is required.
  • Academic Qualifications: A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
  • Academic Qualifications: Successful completion of both degree and non-degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is an advantage..
  • Language: English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.

  • Ability to conduct independent research and analysis on sustainable development topics, determine suitability, validity and accuracy of data provided by different sources.

  • Experience in preparing project /programme proposals is required.

  • Experience in supporting financing for development is desirable.
  • Work experience of two (2) years in data analytics or related area is desirable.
  • Proven experience in supporting knowledge management activities specifically related to partnership and resource mobilization.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating the development and implementation of joint programs by UN agencies for joint resource mobilization, including the ability to help agencies to align with partners funding approaches is desirable..
