Qualifications
- Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, statistics, international relations or related field. A first-level university degree in combination with qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.

- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in planning and design, of information systems and working with Proof of Concepts operationalizing systems requirements or related area is required. Experience working in various UN Secretariat organizations as well as agencies and other international organisations is desirable. Familiarity with systems used in the UN, including their technical aspects and business functionalities is desirable. Experience using “Agile” methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and/or Test-Driven Development is desirable A working knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to design relational databases is desirable.
