Qualifications
- An advanced university degree (Masters or Doctorate degree, or equivalent) in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related fields is required. A first-level degree (Bachelors degree or equivalent) in the specified fields of studies with two additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. - A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of computer information systems is required. Experience working with agile, globally distributed teams is required. Experience with building and maintaining complex enterprise architectures in the cloud, utilizing Iaa S and Saa S concepts is required. Experience with Amazon Web Services is required. Experience with building and maintaining enterprise scale continuous integration and continuous delivery frame works is desirable. Experience with developing test automation frame works is desirable. Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Dev Ops is desirable.
