Qualifications
- An advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in business administration, finance, management, law, international relations or a related field is required. A first-level university degree in similar fields in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
- English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. - A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional work experience in finance, administration, business administration, human resources, programme management or a related area, is required. Of the minimum years of work experience, at least three years in an international context is required. Work experience in providing administrative, financial or human resources support of multi-donor funded global programmes is required. Work experience with SAP based applications, such as Umoja, is desirable. Work experience in managing financial agreements with implementing partners, including expenditure monitoring, recording and reconciliation, is desirable. Work experience within the United Nations System or similar international organization is desirable. Experience in data analytics or related area is desirable.
