Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required.   • At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management is required. At least 5 years of experience conducting end to end recruitment, including the use of applicant tracking systems such as Inspira, is desirable. At least 5 years of experience with onboarding and administering benefits and entitlements, including the use of enterprise resource planning systems such as Umoja, is desirable. Experience with extracting and analysing HR Data to identify trends is desirable.
