Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required. There are no specific desirable languages.   • A minimum of ten years with high school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational certificate (five years with a first-level university degree) of progressively responsible experience in security operations or similar within a military, police or security management is required. At least two years experience and exposure at the international level and in a conflict or post conflict environment is required. For th is position, proven experience in adult learning, designing and delivering policy-based training programmes is desirable.
