Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent technical or vocational certificate.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English and French are required.   • At least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in close protection with a national, private, or international security organization is required. At least one (1) year experience and exposure at the international level in a conflict or a high-risk duty station is required. Knowledge of Close Protection operations in a high-risk environment is required. Experience in close protection of one or more principals, static and mobile protection, close protection command post operations, close protection response techniques, and conduct of close protection training is desirable.
