The Operations Associate is a full-time position critical to the day-to-day operations of Food Links Food Rescue Program, with a particular focus on Food Links Roxbury location. The Operations Associate works directly in Food Links food rescue operations, supervising volunteers, collecting food, and ensuring it is effectively distributed to recipient agencies. They will act as Operations Lead in Roxbury 2-3 days per week and as the back-up lead 1-2 days per week in Arlington, with the potential for some operations work offsite at manufacturers locations.
