ILGA World has obtained dedicated project funding to strengthen its re-granting capabilities in 2026/2027.
Therefore, the organisation is restructuring its finance team and seeking a Senior Officer Accounts Payable to strengthen its payment and payroll functions and allow for more focus on building re-granting systems and processes for existing team members.
The Senior Officer Accounts Payable (AP Senior Officer) is responsible for managing all aspects of the organisations outgoing payments and financial obligations to vendors, contractors, grantees, and partners.
This role ensures the timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense claims in line with internal policies, donor requirements, and compliance standards.
The AP Senior Officer plays a vital role in maintaining trusted relationships with suppliers and supportingthe NGOs mission-driven operationsacross diverse geographies.
This position is initially open for a year,ending on 15 March 2027,and can be renewed if follow-up funding is agreed.
The successful candidate will ideally start working on15 March 2026.
