POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Manager of Housing Compliance manages CHA, HUD, and other funder compliance related to agency facility housing units to assure the smooth functioning of the Chicago House Property Management Department, and provides administrative support to the Director of Property Management. The Manager of Housing Compliance reports to the Chief Property Management Officer and provides support to the Director of Property Management in addition to and works closely with other members of the Chicago House Property Management Team to support them in the execution of providing housing and maintaining tenants in housing.
