Who were hoping to hear from

We welcome interest from individuals with strengths, interests, and gifts in:

  • Administrative & office support
  • Operations and internal coordination
  • Grant relations & grant writing (applications, reporting, funder communication, tracking)
  • Communications (storytelling, content drafting, newsletters, social media, materials)
  • Financial bookkeeping & administrative finance support (invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations, systems support)
  • Scheduling, documentation, and cross-team support

Both part-time and full-time opportunities may emerge. Remote roles may be considered, with an expectation ofquarterly travel to Bemidji, Minnesotafor in-person connection, relationship-building, and team gatherings.

Prior experience in nonprofit, community-centered, healthcare, grants, communications, or bookkeeping work is helpful. We valuecare, organization, reliability, curiosity, and commitment to communityjust as much as formal credentials.
