Majuro Cooperative School, a small private, prek-12th grade school in the Marshall Islands, is looking for energetic and creative teachers that are interested in teaching technology at our school for 2 years. This is an excellent professional development opportunity for teachers that are trained in the US (or equivalent) to experience ownership of their classroom and develop or fine tune their teaching style. The IT teacher has a light class load (contact teaching about 15 hours a week) as they help supervise our MAP testing three times a year and help substitute middle and high school classes when teachers are absent. The IT teacher also supervises the IT plan of our school and helps problem shoot tech issues as well as give input into how our school can develop in the future.
