Bethesda Cares is looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Street-to-Home Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Street-to-Home Program. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a skilled team, manage essential services, and guide case management staff in applying best practices to support vulnerable populations. You will be responsible for driving positive outcomes for individuals experiencing homelessness while fostering a skilled and cohesive team. This will involve performing various duties either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Street-to-Home Program, ensuring effective delivery of services in collaboration with the management team.
- Ensures accurate HUD APR reporting using HMIS data, working closely with management and data personnel.
- Supervises and supports Critical Time Intervention (CTI) staff, ensuring adherence to program guidelines and performance expectations.
- Leads case management teams, empowering staff to provide high-quality services using housing-first principles, trauma-informed care, and harm reduction techniques.
- Fosters relationships with community organizations and resources, ensuring clients receive holistic support.
- Provides ongoing training and professional development for case management staff, promoting continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Represents Bethesda Cares in internal and external meetings, strengthening community ties and advocating for the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Performs additional duties as required to meet program goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or a related field. Licensure in social work is required.
