About the Role

TAP is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and mission-drivenAssociate Director of Digital Platformsto support and strengthen our digital infrastructure, technology operations, and content distribution systems.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Technology, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Marketing, this role manages TAPs digital technology stack and helps ensure our systems, data, and platforms effectively support fundraising, programs, and communications. You will work cross-functionally to implement improvements, maintain data quality, and translate digital insights into action.

This role is ideal for anearly- to mid-career professionalwho enjoys both hands-on execution and growing into more strategic ownership over time. You will receive mentorship while playing a meaningful role in advancing TAPs mission through strong digital systems.

This is a full-time, remote-first position (40 hours/week; 4 days/week considered), with occasional in-person meetings and events in the NYC metro area. TAP promotes a flexible, trust-based work culture, with an expectation of responsiveness within 24 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Technology & Data Support

  • Manage and maintain TAPs core digital platforms, including donor, fundraising, content, and collaboration tools
  • Serve as primary owner for tools such as Mailchimp, Vimeo, YouTube, Wix/Weebly/Square, Register.com, YouCanBookMe, Canva, and CapCut
  • Provide support for systems including Salesforce, FormAssembly, Qgiv, Google Workspace, Zoom, Monday.com, and Lattice
  • Maintain data hygiene, organization, and security across platforms in alignment with privacy and IT policies
  • Organize and manage digital assets across shared drives and media platforms
  • Research and recommend improvements to existing tools and processes
