TheExecutive Coordinatorplays a critical role in supporting the Executive Director and ensuring the smooth, effective operation of the organizations leadership functions. This position serves as a trusted partner to the Executive Director, providing high-level administrative, logistical, and coordination support while acting as a key connector across board members, community and amongst staff to ensure collaboration throughout all levels of the organization.

This is full-time position is non-exempt (eligible for overtime) and will be supervised by the Executive Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support 40%
- Manage the Executive Directors calendar, scheduling meetings, travel, and priorities with attention to detail, confidentiality, and mission impact
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefing documents, and follow-up notes
- Anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve to keep leadership focused on community impact
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and requests for information
Board & Governance Support 20%
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes
- Serve as a point of contact between the Executive Director and board members as needed
- Support board onboarding, documentation, and compliance requirements
Organizational Coordination/Support 20%
- Support cross-departmental communication and coordination on key projects and deadlines
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables from team meetings
- Assist with internal systems, documentation, and process improvement
- Support operations as needed
External Communication & Administration 20%
- Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for external partners, funders, and community members
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and communications as needed
