Overview:

Make a difference in the lives of women facing unplanned pregnancies and mothers navigating early childhood. The Legacy of Life Foundation is a faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. You do not need to be Catholic to apply, but alignment with our pro-life mission is essential. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of key donors. The Donor Experience Coordinator will engage donors through regular phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and attendance at networking events. They will work closely with the fundraising team to support the organization’s mission and goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and Advance Mid-Level Donor Portfolio:Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level donors and prospects, while actively stewarding relationships.
• Prospect & Pipeline Development:Regularly review and manage the donor pipeline to identify emerging opportunities.
• Stewardship & Data Management:Ensure consistent donor quality care.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of general development and/or nonprofit experience
• Strong ability to form and maintain relationships
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• High sense of accountability and self-awareness

Position Details:

• Salary: $50,000 annually
• Work Location: Warminster, PA (In-Person)
• Hours: Monday Friday, 8:55 am 5:00 pm with limited evenings and weekends (as needed)
