The Role
Reporting directly to ISFs Chief Executive and sitting on the Senior Management Team, the Head of Development and Communications is a key leadership role responsible for driving sustainable income growth, strengthening donor and partner relationships, and ensuring clear, compelling communication of ISFs impact.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Development
- Develop and implement ISFs international fundraising strategy
- Grow and diversify income streams
- Lead donor acquisition and stewardship
- Oversee funding proposals and donor reporting
- Plan fundraising campaigns and events
Communications
- Lead ISFs communications strategy
- Oversee reports, website, campaigns, and social media
- Ensure consistent messaging
Impact Data
- Oversee impact data and reporting
- Translate data into insights for donors
Leadership & Management
- Lead and develop the Development and Communications team
- Foster a collaborative team culture
Budgeting & Planning
- Manage budgets with the Finance team
About You
- Relevant Bachelors degree
- Professional English
- Proven fundraising leadership experience
- Strong communication and financial skills
- Passion for education, sport, and social development
