Do you think in systems rather than projects? Do you believe that durable change happens when civil society and most importantly, affected communities drive that change? Are you comfortable working in complexity and in areas where clarity must be built?

Do you try not to read the news… but somehow, still end up deep in it because your need to stay informed competes daily with your desire to manage your information intake? Can you hold serious conversations about global health architecture, power and geopolitics but can stay grounded and not take yourself too seriously?

If you enjoy working with people from across the globe, connecting dots across regions, translating community intelligence into strategic positioning, and strengthening how an organization shows up globally, this role may be for you!

ITPC is building out its Community-Driven Systems Change (CDSC) capability to strengthen how community priorities and intelligence shape global health policy, financing and accountability. This is not a delivery unit and not a traditional program management role. It is a strategic function designed to:

    • Translate regional intelligence into coherent global positioning
    • Elevate ITPCs influence across financing, policy and advocacy spaces
    • Build systems change architecture that strengthens our existing portfolios
    • Coordinate and strengthen ITPCs Global Activist Network (GAN), including our regional networks

The CDSC Specialist will operate at the intersection of strategy and advocacy, ensuring that community voice is not parallel to ITPCs work, but structurally embedded within it to drive health systems change.

We are looking for a leader with strong political intelligence and systems fluency, someone who understands how power, policy and financing intersect, and who can navigate coalitions with maturity and discipline. You should be comfortable designing architecture, enabling others to lead, and stepping into enterprise-level global advocacy and leadership when required.
