Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering or civil engineering or other relevant engineering degree with an environmental focus. – Advanced degree in the field of Environment is preferable.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English and Arabic are required.   • Minimum 3 years of documented work experience in Environmental, Social and Health & Safety impact assessment. Related professional certificate is an advance. And if you have West Bank or Jerusalem ID. please to mention its number down, as it is desirable. Do you have any current or past affiliations with non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, political organizations, military, or have/are engaged in activities or have made any public statements, that could be seen to impact your neutrality, objectivity or independence in the performanceof your duties for the UN / UNRWA? if yes please explain as it is required.
