Dudley Street Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI) seeks a mission-driven, sustainability-minded Director of Sustainable Development to steward one of the nation’s most successful urban community land trusts. Dudley Neighbors, Inc. (DNI) is the community land trust established by DSNI to realize the neighborhoods vision for development without displacement. Managing more than 30 acres of land, DNI oversees 226 affordable homes, a community farm, green spaces, playgrounds, and commercial areas. As steward of this community-owned land, DNI is committed to promoting long-term affordability, environmental stewardship, climate resilience, and equitable access to resources.

The Director of Sustainable Development will guide property management, sustainable development initiatives, resident stewardship efforts and help strengthen resident participation in shaping the neighborhood’s future.
