Threshold Clubhouse in Durham, NC, offers a unique opportunity to work within a proven recovery model, assisting adults with severe mental illnesses. We’re on the lookout for a Full Time Culinary Program Specialist who’s passionate about mental health recovery, skilled in case management, and ready to dive into our culinary and employment units.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing, Planning, and facilitating meals cooked for and with Threshold members.
  • Create engaging health and wellness activities.
  • Menu Planning and health and wellness programming.
  • Managing a member caseload of 10-20.

We Need Someone With:

  • A degree in a relevant field (BA/BS or OTA).
  • Experience with mental health populations (a big plus).
  • A valid NC driver’s license and the ability to travel for training.
  • The necessary certifications:
  • (First Aid/CPR).
  • A clean background check.
