The Office Manager is to ensure efficient safety and operation of the residence facility along with staff . Responsible for general office support and resident support as needed. Support the Executive Director and staff through a variety of task related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials. Familiar with the variety of human trafficking field concepts, practices and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

Level of Education: High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred in human services field or in administration, business or related field and at least 2 years work experience in human service agency.

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative role.
  2. Flexible schedule as needed for resident support.
  3. Soft skills; emotional and spiritual maturity, flexibility, knowledge of abuse/recovery and empathy are most desirable qualities in a candidate.
  4. Experience with traumatized populations.
  5. Independent problem solving regarding office management.
  6. Communication effectively through oral and written means.
  7. Respect diversity and work collaboration with individuals of diverse cultures, social and educational backgrounds.
  8. Maintain the confidentiality of information and professional boundaries.
  9. Works independently to analyze available information, draw conclusions and understandings and present findings effectively to senior management.
  10. Creative thinker who desires to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  11. Valid drivers license and car insurance.
  12. Experience with standard accounts payable and receivable procedures.
