What We Seek

The Food Project seeks a motivated, results-driven, detail-oriented professional to support its fundraising and development goals. Reporting to The Food Projects Senior Director of Advancement, the Director of Engagement & Stewardship role will work closely with the organizations development team to achieve annual fundraising goals.

The Director of Engagement & Stewardship will undertake the development, execution and maintenance of The Food Projects individual giving program. The director will develop and implement individual fundraising strategies, including retention plans, goals, KPIs, data analysis, annual events, acknowledgment processes and sponsorship requests. This position will also supervise the Events & Volunteers Manager.
