Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent degree) in business or public administration, sustainable development, social sciences, education or related area, is required. A first- level university degree in combination with two (2) additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Successful completion of both degree and non- degree programs in data analytics, business analytics or data science programs is an advantage.
  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For th is job opening, English is required.   • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience and track record in project or programme management in the context of development cooperation or related area is required. Experience in preparing project or programme proposals is required. Experience in developing and implementing partnership and financing mechanisms (e.g. blended finance, catalytic capital), and or resources mobilization strategies is required. Experience in supporting knowledge management for partnerships is required. Experience in supporting financing of SDGs is desirable. Work experience of two (2) years or more in data analytics or related area is desirable.
